All areas:
- Dust all surfaces, windowsill, furniture and blinds.
- Clean sliding glass door and window (inside).
- Wipe down all mirrors and glass fixtures.
- Clean tables, lamps and furniture.
- Shake out rugs and mats.
- Vacuum carpeted floors.
- Clean all floor surfaces.
- Take out garbage and recycling.
Do you have any areas that need special attention?
We’ll create a customized plan to meet your unique needs.
Kitchen:
- Wipe down inside of stove, oven and fridge.
- Empty sink and load up dishwasher with dirty dishes.
- Polished stainless steel.
- Clean countertops and splashes.
- Clean table, chairs and stool.
- Place absorbent paper and sponge (products supplied by the owner).
- Liquid soap refill.
- Put bag in the bin.
Bathrooms:
- Wash and sanitize the toilet, shower, tub, and sink
- Replace and professionally Bath towel, wash cloth, hand towel, bathmat.
- Wipe down, clean out cabinets
- Restock soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. (products supplied by the owner).
Note:
Report any missing items or damage.
The cleaning crew will bring their own products. We use ECOLAB for surfaces,
kitchens and bathrooms. Vacuum and Swiffer for floors.
Extras:
Laundry, straighten patios, wipe patio furniture, pool surface cleaning, hot tub, Bbq.
